The cameras work fantastic. Could never get the alarms for the doors/Windows to pair to the system. Even with extensive conversation to customer service, no luck. Could have just bought a camera system much cheaper. Two stars for camera system only. Would not recommend.

Worst thing I have ever bought from Amazon! This system sucks to say the least. Only one window/door sensor will pair. Siren won’t pair. I already had cameras professionally installed and they work, but I will have to sign up with a security company because I can’t use this system. It’s a cheaply made system and I bought into the Swann name. No more. Get a better system. I can’t return because I am using the cameras. I’m kicking myself for this choice 😖
