While I had fantastic success with the older Swann DVR 8ch H.264 model, this unit just did not cut it. Video connections of this 960H seemed off size to fit camera plugs. The SWDVR-16320H DVR often failed to respond to remote and remote batteries were new. Had to end up using mouse. Video quality from this was not much better than my older 8ch H.264 DVR. Just too many issues with this newer upgraded Swann DVR, so I’m sticking with my ancient model which works absolutely perfect. Too terrible, I wanted to add more cameras from my older 8ch system.

This is my third security camera system and with the QR code setup this one was a breeze. Everything worked fantastic and with very small effort.

I like the Unite but the lack of a MANUAL make it hard to use. This device do not support Windows Phones.
