Simple to install, works fantastic, you can download entire manual on their website. Customer support is always helpful, but usually have to wait a while for a rep. If you don’t want to install yourself, it does come with a product service code and website where you can schedule a swann professional to come and set the system up for you. Very Pleased with it overall.

One of the camera lenses were broken. Other than that they work fantastic.
