   I bought these to run these over an ancient school ceiling tiles. The cables are very heavy compared to the stock cables. If you run several at the same time, they are hard to handle over the distance. In addition one of the cameras was losing signal with these cables and the stock cables did not have any problems.

   3/4 of the cables I bought did not work. On the package Swann advertises 24/7 customer service. I tried for 3 days to troubleshoot the problem with the cables to see if I was doing something incorrect. When I finally talked to customer service, they were really rude, refused to take the cables back or diagnose the problem. When questioned to speak to someone else, they hung up the phone. Worst experience with Customer Service ever.

   These worked very well. Thicker. The connection piece that came with the pack allowed me to connect two 60ft BNC cables that came with the camreas. This was a bonus. These cable too let me feel more secure wiring them through my attic with electric staples. Lowe’s had same 50ft cord for price of Amazons 100ft…really maybe a few dollars cheaper. Like other reviewers said they are a booger to flatten when taken out of packaging but my handy contractor had no priblem.
