   I bought this product because I work at home an needed a way to know when I had customers & thought this was the best way to go out an greet them before they reached the door…As a driveway alarm you would reckon it was in some small way at least be a small water proof….WELL IT”S NOT>>>IN ANY WAY…… It was under my carport an still wasn’t protected enough… I had it out a whole 2 weeks.then it rained an that was it had moisture that had collected in the front an It just didn’t work anymore it just rang an rang..on & on & on…..so i got sooooo mad that it didn’t work and had wasted my money that i threw the whole thing in the garbage & swore to NEVER buy a Swann product again….!!!!!
   Just wish there was a way to get my money back but it would have cost more to send it back……..!!!!!!!

   This product is very poorly made, and it does not work correctly.

   I bought two of these items, to alarm when people or vehicles would approach my apartment. The expectation for a security product is that it would work correctly, each and every time.

   The outside sensor would register, but the receiver would only sound off, maybe 3 out of 10 times.

   It worked most of the time. In exteme cold, the batteries would not hold up (10 degrees Fahrenheit). It was helpful to have for our small business when it did work. I better battery system would be fantastic.
