I got this as after lightning took out the original power supply on my security camera DVR system. There didn’t seem to be too many options on Amazon for one that would meet the system requirements. Fortunately, this one did and has been working fantastic now for several months.

These are the power adapters that most all of t he Hikvisions and Dahua Ip cameras use. None of the come with them and if you don’t use the POE power this is what you’ll need to make them work. I am really surprised Amazon doesn’t do more to try and sell these. They hide them way down in the menus, nearly hard to finf
