   I look for this item on line. and found it at my local Walmart ( Excellent price for me) .I had an older system with 4 cameras. These have BNC connectors. Comes with a mouse.
   this is an 8 channel system with 4 cameras. I replaced the dvr and now I am really covered around my home and property.
   It is very simple to install. Just follow the step by step directions and you will be fine.
   Only terrible thing I will say is the manual pictures are terrible and can not be used for a guide or example, but you can down load the manual on pdf file and those pictures are fine to look at.
   you get 4 cable 60 feet, but you can go on line and find larger sizes if you are running longer area at a excellent price to.
   Software to load on your desktop or laptop is simple to use and set up, and you can control the dvr from there as well.
   Playback is simple to use, and a usp plug to copy it for later use.
   P.S. The smartphone apps works fantastic, use it.
   Some kits also come with free stickers and a sign warning of your system recording them..

   Swann has a 24 hour help desk, I did call them to register my new system and question some questions in general and they help me ,
   they also made sure my system was set up properly and working correctly, yes a real live person that you could know.
   Email set up was tough for me, but help desk solved that as well.
   I am very pleased so far and do recommend this starter unit to anyone needing it on a small scale job or site.

   First if all this is not wireless. It may say that somewhere but I missed it. My husband figured out how to get this to work but the wiring is not long enough. So if u do order it, order longer length wire because the cameras only go as far as the wire does
